Troy has joined Turner Engineering as Plumbing/Fire Protection Department Manager. He brings to Turner Engineering over twenty years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering. Throughout his experience, he has provided designs for a wide range of health care, institutional, commercial, educational, industrial and municipal facilities. Troy also has substantial experience in the preparation of energy audits and the implementation of energy conservation measures.
